This morning I had to make do with a Conscious Living Short Cut I call a meditation quickie. Ideally, I would like to have had 20 minutes set aside for meditation, but alas, that is an ideal. My morning quickie was simply noticing something magnificent in my environment like a tree in the yard (but anything will do) and connecting with it through my heart. I breathe deeply with love and appreciation keeping my focus for just a moment on my magnificent choice and……that is it. As I said it is a meditation quickie!
